A FreeT3 test measures the amount of T3 hormone in your blood that is unbound ie free of its carrier protein so available to your cells. Total results tell you only the total amount, both bound and unbound, and the test has generally become redundant in the UK. I wouldn't have a set of tests that didn't include FT3.
If so then why not use one of the two companies that I linked to in your previous thread? I linked to the exact tests that included everything, including FT3.
