Has anyone ever improved iron and had noticeable results?

I'm just curios if anyone that has been hypo, or borderline hypo, also with low ferritin has had success in bringing their thyroid into a good place by bringing their ferritin back up?

I'm basically curios if low ferritin is enough to cause a drastic change in FT4 and FT3. Thank you!
