Test was done at 8:30 a.m. without taking thyroid pill before. Looks like the TSH level is still way to high? I don't know much about the other two results. Anay help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

TSH too high, FT3 too low, most people are best when this is in the upper quarter of the range.
When taking NDT it's usual to see a lower FT4. However, you are undermedicated to have such a high TSH and low FT3.
BUT
Did you leave 12 hours between your last dose of NDT and the blood draw as we always advise here? Or do you just take one dose in the morning and left 24 hours? That will make a difference to the FT3 result. If you left 24 hours then you have a false low FT3. If you left between 8-12 hours then you have the normal circulating level of FT3.
I took my last dose of Nature-throid the morning BEFORE the test, so it was a full 24 hours. Looks like it's a false reading for the FT3 then? I've written to my doctors and told him that the TSH is way too high and that I would like to have it around 0.1. Also told him that I'm in contact with you wonderful people in the UK. We'll see what he says...I'll keep you posted..and thank you so much for your advice and help!
OOPS..sorry, SeasideSusie! I made an error in calculating the time between doses of Nature-throid. Actually, it was just TWELVE hours. Took the last dose at 7:00 am the day before the test...had the test done at 8:00 am the following day with no dose. Duh....
