Results Advice Please

Good morning,

I've been going through this forum for some time, but this time I think I'm going to need your help with the results of my analysis. I've been diagnosed with grave´s diseade since December 2019. I underwent a thyroidectomy in Feveruary of this year because I didn't feel well with the methanisol. And It was a good decision because I had papillary microcarcinoma in my thyroid. But since then I can't stabilize my values. Ever since I changed the medication, I've had a high blood pressure and a terrible hair loss.

Reference values of this laboratory:

TSH - mUI/L 0.550-4.780

Free T3 - pg/mL 2.3-4.2

Free T4 - 0.70-1.58

02-07-2022 - 137 ng Levothyroxine

THS - 0.574 MU/L

Free T3 - 3.2 pg/mL

Free T4 - 1.84 ng/dL

12-08-2022 - 125 ng Levothyroxine

THS - 0.610 MU/L

Free T3 - 3.2 pg/mL

Free T4 - 1.71 ng/dL

19-09-2022 - 112 ng Levothyroxine

THS - 5.574 MU/L

Free T3 - 2.8 pg/mL

Free T4 - 1.49 ng/dL

19-10-2022 - 112/125 ng alternate days Levothyroxine

THS - 3.256 MU/L

Free T3 - 3.3 pg/mL

Free T4 - 1.50 ng/dL

And actually i'm taking only 125 ng.

Just a Note. In any of these tests i took the levo in the morning.

If you took your levo on the morning of the blood draw, your FT4 will be a false high. So, none of these tests give any useful information, I'm afraid. However, with the last two tests, the TSH is saying that you are terribly under-medicated.

Do you mean that in NONE of these tests did you take your levo in the morning? Because the way you've worded it, I took it to mean that you'd taken your levo before all of them!
