What replacement thyroid hormones are you currently taking

Was test done as early as possible in morning before eating or drinking anything other than water and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

If taking T3 or NDT day before test split dose into 2-3 smaller doses at roughly 8 hour intervals….taking last 1/3rd daily dose approx 8-12 hours before test

Essential to test vitamin D, folate and ferritin too

Do you have autoimmune thyroid disease

To me , you look under medicated and like you’d be better on 100 7 days a week.

I am hoping to figure this out. It seems that every time I try to raise it I have adverse symptoms - Double vision, hair loss, anxiety. I have been dealing with some form of this for a long time.

Ft4 is only 30% through range

Ft3 only 5% through range

Helpful calculator for working out percentage through range

chorobytarczycy.eu/kalkulator

Most people when adequately treated will have Ft4 at least 50-60% through range and Ft3 at least 50% through range

Might benefit from daily vitamin B complex. But remember to stop taking any supplements that contain biotin a week before all blood tests as biotin can falsely affect test results

Vitamin D result - is that 50nmol or 50ng/ml

VITAMIN D,25-OH,TOTAL,IAValue

51ml

Also note -

In previous years tried natural thyroid. Each time after a period of time I developed double vision. Also tried tirosent and did the same thing. I think the integrated doc at one pt had me taking up to 135mg. I felt terrible could not function. Also when added some cytomel to synthroid did the same thing.
