Good morning after considerable consideration I have decided to try a little T3 with thyroxine. My Gp won’t even consider T3 but I feel I just want to see if something else helps. My T3 is low in range I tested it privately. My ft4 is 14 (11-24) my Tsh was 0.65 it’s not a decision I’ve taken lightly but my Gp won’t refer me as my results are in range.Could someone please Pm me a reputable supplier please.

Where to buy T3
Your FT4 is also low in the range, you need an increase in dose. You can't tell how well you are converting until you raise the FT4 a little.
They’ve dropped my dose as previous result was Tsh 0.026 ft4 19.3 (12-22) ft3 4.53 (3.10-6.80)
OK, so they dropped it too much.
Your poor conversion does show up there. But it was rediculous dropping the dose, anyway, because your FT3 was low and your FT4 wasn't over-range. Your doctor is only looking at the TSH! Just goes to show how little he knows! If you add T3 to your levo, then your TSH will probably disappear altogether and your doctor will have a heart attack! Just so you know.
My dose was only dropped by 25mcg my Gp tests once a year I have never had a doctor who is interested in Tsh.I don’t think T3 is the holy grail but I’d like to see if I felt better with a little t3 added in as the doctors are forever dropping my dose then upping again. Not long ago my ft4 was 9 but because my Tsh was in range he would up thyroxine.
Well, good thing he only reduced your dose by 25 mcg, because that's the maximum it should be dropped in one go - 25 mcg every six weeks, same as increasing.
You've never had a doctor interested in the TSH? Why did he drop your dose, then? Because the other levels were ok. If doctors lower and raise your dose constantly, it's because they're only looking at the TSH. And, as I said, when you take T3 your TSH is going to be very low, so what will your doctor do then?
That should of read that I have never had a doctor who is interested in anything other than Tsh.
