Magnesium you use whatever the dose says on the pack.

K2-MK7 is 100g for up to 10,000iu D3. If you want to use a combined D3/K2 spray, which is best for absorption as you have Hashi's, then BetterYou do one.

I have a supply of D3 so I will buy K2 and Magnesium spray and they join them up when I have ran out. I am taking 2,500iu of D3, maybe that's not enough? thank you for your time

Without knowing your Vit D level, it's not possible to say.

I am assuming that is 80 nmol/L. If so then the Vit D Council, the Vit D Society and Grassroots Health all recommend a level of 100-150nmol/L so you still have a way to go. We all need different amounts and for me 2,500iu would be a maintenance dose if my level was in the recommended range. It looks like you were tested a couple of months ago. I'd give it another month and retest, you'll probably have to do it privately as it's unlikely our GP will retest.

If your level hasn't increased then I'd raise your dose for a while and retest after another 3 months.
