Hello mono there is also a subliqual spray d3 and K2. Goes into bloodstream rather than having to be processed through stomach which if some people have difficulty with absorption it's a great alternative.worked great for me!

I have used 'good health naturally' vitd3 and k2 spray for around 4 years now found it very good.price gone up quite a lot in that time since it's become so popular! Small bottle but lasts a long time and according to subsequent blood tests-is working fine. Amazon.

Hi SS

This looks good as also has Vitamin A in.

I have been wondering if low vitamin A is why I couldn't tolerate vit D supplements. My dry eyes became much worse while taking Vit D.

Since read somewhere (can't remember where) that if taking higher dose of vitamin D we should perhaps also increase vitamin A.

But as often says beware of supplementing vitamin A as can get liver toxicity, wasn't quite sure how much etc. This seems good option

Going to try my new Vitamin D lamp first 😎

Hi SD

I do have some Vit A in my diet because I eat liver regularly, but from the lung forum I visit I know that Vit A is helpful with lung disease (which I have), so I was quite happy to find this supplement. I think there is confusing information about Vit A, I know that one professor at one hospital advocates high dose Vit A for his lung patients, but I also know that too much is cautioned against. I hope that is a happy medium.

Can anybody recommend a non-liquid version (capsule/tablet) which only contains Vitamin D3 and K2?

I'm currently using wellgood caps (wellgoodsuperfoods.co.uk/vi... which have 5000iu of d3 200ug of k2 and 29mg of magnesium. Find it a convenient way which reduces the number of pills to take🙂
