Seaside Susie said 90-100mcg K2-MK7 is enough for up to 10,000iu D3.

Thank you so much, I was thinking of Seaside Susie as I typed the question, she was full of useful information.

Some sources will say 100 a day… some will say 100 per 1000 ius of D.

There is no evidence that there is any significant risk of over-dosing on K.

Personally I take 200 with my daily 7500 ius of D3 right now.

Hi I take British Supplements D3K2 which have no binders in, see their website. Found them to be pretty good see photos.

Thanks for posting this. I’m looking for a better k2 so I’ll look at this. What is MSM?

Although they say ‘no fillers, no binders’ the vits must be held in something e.g oil.

I’ve been on betteryou d3/k2 for several years but now have to find something g without k2 as it interferes with my current warfarin therapy. So there are times when it isn’t appropriate.
