When I first started T4/T3 I wondered how to squeeze everything in and still leave the right amount of time between eating etc. Taking more than 5mcg of T3 at a time didn't work for me as I felt spaced out and as if my brain couldn't process what I was seeing quickly enough.
The best tips I received (from SlowDragon) were taking a T3 dose during the night and using BetterYou B12 and D3 sprays which bypass the gut and give more flexibility in timings.
For anyone interested, this is what I've found works for me:
1am approx: T4 & 5mcg T3
6am: 5 mcg T3
7am: breakfast
8am: majority of my vitamins (B12 spray, D3 spray, K2, selenium, B complex)
10am-2pm: iron spray (away from caffeine/calcium)
3pm: 5 mcg T3 (seems to keep evening fatigue at bay)
10pm: magnesium spray
The only thing I'm unsure about is if the BetterYou iron spray (which delivers 5mg if you use 4 sprays) is enough. I was taking 20mg of Solgars Gentle Iron which raised my ferritin levels to 100. Time will tell....if my hair starts falling out again, I will suspect the smaller iron dose is to blame but perhaps the spray's better absorption is good enough to make 5mg a sufficient dose.
