Just wanted to add I had TSH result (only TSH was tested) 2 months ago at 0.9 and have since upped oestrogen use and it's gone up to 1.87

Oh dear that's all moved I hope it's readable?

Is your B12 result 328 ?

If so that’s a bit low - anything under 500 is on low side

You might benefit from supplementing with a good quality daily vitamin B complex eg Igennus super B or Jarrow B right

Ferritin also better above 70

Eating liver once a week should help improve

You are not on levothyroxine are you?

Assuming not, your thyroid results look normal, but as you say you have a goitre have you had ultrasound of thyroid?

If not ask GP for one. Not everyone with Hashimoto’s has raised antibodies and with goitre it probably needs investigating

Sorry yes my B12 is 328 so I need to get that up along with ferritin then.

I'm not on any thyroid medication but have had the goitre for many years I had an ultrasound on it in the last few years and was told there were lots of small cysts but it was normal. Over the last few months it has been painful to the touch once for just over a week and twice for several days. Was told by doctor I should have it tested every year but it never gets mentioned by my gp. I'm having lots of symptoms but am also going through the menopause so it's difficult to know whether my thyroid is causing any of the problems

Insist on ultrasound and further investigation then.

Thank you slow dragon. What kind of investigations should I ask for

Explain about pain, ask for ultrasound. Then a referral to endocrinologist.
