Blood test interpretataion

Hi there, this forum has helped me a lot, especially while I have been trying to dial in NDT.

I had an emergency blood test as I felt overstimulated. I was on 3 grains, having dropped down from 3.25-3.5 which produced a T3 above the range.

I took my 2 grains of NDT in the morning, and 1 grain at 9pm the day before the test which I had at 8:20 a.m.

Weirdly the results don't suggest I am overstimulated, I was thinking that perhaps it is summer so I need less. So the problem may be with my other hormone replacement therapy, or could it be possible that 3 grains is too much?

I've attached my blood results, with today's test, my blood results full history is here (ibb.co/hBEv2y), sorry if it is confusing, as I have typed it in excel. Only my last two results are that relevant, as I stupidly mucked up a few tests by waiting 24-48 hours from my last dose.

So I am not sure what I should do now, try 2.75 grains or stick to my dose.
