I actually went for a blood test as I was feeling Hypo. I had only increased my Levo dose in March by 100mcg per week. So I've cut that out and am back on 200mcg T4 plus 20 T3 per day.
Now feeling even more tired, dry skin, eyebrow loss. Eyes a little yellow (I have Gilbert's Syndrome and usually get yellow eyes when thyroid is a bit off)
Any advice on what to do next? I'll repeat the above blood test in 2 weeks, but should I get anything else tested?
Many thanks,
Suzanne

Your blood test results are consistent with your hormone dose. What were your results when you were initially diagnosed?
Either you are mistaken and you are in fact suffering from too much hormone (would depend on your signs and symptoms) or you have some form of resistance to thyroid hormone. I would suggest you look carefully at your symptoms and monitor your pulse.
The best way to find out is to see how you do on a different dose of thyroid hormone. It is safer to try a lower dose first, perhaps skip a few days levothyroxine and resume on 100 mcg. This is a little drastic but will be sufficient to see how you do. If you are much worse then you could try slowly adjusting your hormone dose. Your blood test results at initial diagnosis will give an indication of whether you had primary hypothroidism or something more complex.
Exactly. You could stop your levo/T3 for a while, until you feel hypo again. But, best not to involve your doctor, because you don't want your prescription changed. You're going to need that dose again when your levels go down.
