Help with dosage

Hi everyone, I have now received the tablets that are TR Tman and was wondering if anyone could help me with dosing, my blood test results are below and i have put the normal range in brackets.

TSH 3.45 (0.27-4.20)

T4 Total 105 (66-181)

Free T4 14.10 (12.0-22.0)

Free T3 4.29 (3.1-6.8)

Anti Thyroidperoxidase Abs 16.5 (<34)

Anti Thyroglobin Abs <10 (<115)
