Can someone help me interpret these results I’m happy thyroid wise although i wanted t3 and antibodies looked at but I’ll get them privately. I don’t understand the rest and why they have been done.

Serum calcium 2.37 mol/l (2.2-2.6)

Serum albumin level 39g/l (35-50)

Magnesium 0.92 ( 0.7-1)

Tsh 1.5 ( 0.35-3.5)

Free t4 14 ( 8.0-21)

Ferritin 65ug/l (23-300)

Serum folate 10.4 ug/l (2.7-15)

Haematocrit 0.35 ( 0.36-0.46)

Thanks for helping

Is this first time thyroid retested after last dose increase from 5 months ago?

FT4 is still low, suggests you need further increase in dose

What about low vitamin D? Been supplementing, if so have you had levels retested?

Are you on strictly gluten free diet?

As you already know you have Hashimoto's you don't need to retest antibodies

However it's helpful to include antibodies in tests once or twice a year. especially as you are now on AIP diet, to see if the diet is helping lower TPO antibodies

All thyroid tests should be done as early as possible in morning and fasting and don't take Levo in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, GP will be unaware)

Is this how you did the test?

It would possibly be worth getting TSH, FT3 and FT4 tested privately

But perhaps see if GP will increase dose anyway

Vitamin D, cheapest test for just this is vitamindtest.org.uk £29 postal kit
