Folate a bit low, should ideally be at least half way through range, so 11.5+ with that range.
FBC all appears to be in range.
Can't see a Ferritin result (although hard to read as picture is blurry).
Are you supplementing B12? Your level should be at the top of the range.

My Vit D was good in private bloods .
No not supplementing B12 yet as with my MFTHA genetic fauit says I can't methylate folate or some vitamins into the active forms which I told the GP and she laughed saying had I seen what some of the reports On what they say on them , I said I hadn't had a report I had reasearched it on wikigenes , google scholar and pubmed and few other genetics site , she just laughed ,
I was made to feel stupid in mentioning Genetics and to thinking they should actually mean anything.
I asked for sex hormones to be done which she put on blood forms, I called a duty GP to ask if they would put homocysteine and MMA on bloods and she said she would do homocysteine not the MMA,
when I went to the nurse to have bloods done she told me she can't do it as needs to be at lab within a half hour, so couldn't do it but made no arrangements for me to have it done,
She also told me I just can't add bloods on what ever you fancy having done and now I think back when we were talking about B12 she said I should eat better, so I wonder if nurse made a decision not to do the B12 as she refused to do the homocystiene and did she do the same on sexhormones
I explained I had asked the duty GP on a telephone consultation about my genetic fault and if I have high homocysteine it means I'm not methylation get folate , so GP agreed to let me have it done, she still refused to do it!
When I went into pick blood results up they had not done my sex hormones nor my B12
, I asked why they had not done both these bloods I was told as everything was normal on these tests last time which was August last year they didn't need doing as they were normal in August even though Testosterone was red flagged.
Since those last bloods in August I have had a change in thyroid meds, I was on Levo 150mgs and am now on 100mgs Levo 30mgs T3 s it is possible bloods would change by then ,I told them my diet wasn't great and rarely eat veg and not really that much meat ,I'm a picker at eating so my B12 could be under , I have pins and needles in hands feet and one of my legs, I get tired at times even though my thyroid mess are much better I get very fatigued days
, my eye sight is weird it is blurry one minute then another time I can see clearly with no problems ,and at times when reading it goes double but it is not constant it's very changeable,.
Maybe I will ask my optician next week he may be more clued up than my GP ,
maybe it was pathology who refused to do them I'm yet to find out
I was having sex hormones done as August results my Testosterone was below Range minus 10.. so basically they were not normal then, I told them I have an appointment with the GPs who ordered these bloods and she said as I was now on T3 these sex hormones may have changed so she needs them to know what dose Testosterone to put me on.
I'm still waiting for them to tell me why they have not done these , but think they know they should of at least done the sex hormones,
I think I will go see that GP who ordered them and act ignorant on knowing they have not been done ! see what she thinks of them not doing them and waste a gp appointment .l I will repost the results so you can see iron ferritinI'm getting really cheesed off with this GP s but it's the only one around for miles so not many will take me on due to they wouldn't be able to do home visits as in so rural .
So I am having to bite my tongue so I don't get banned from there.
SeasideSusie I retook the photo I hope this is clearer for you ... when I did take a supplement of B12 my B12 shot through the roof so I stopped it
I think when a doctor laughs, like yours did, they're covering up the fact that they probably have no knowledge of the subject, their egos wouldn't allow them to admit that so they turn it around and ridicule the patient instead.
With your B12 level when it got high, you should have just reduced the dose. I got mine to top of range, 12 months later I repeated full thyroid panel with vitamins and minerals, B12 had gone well over top of range so I reduced daily dosing to just a couple of days a week. Yours is now too low, you need to raise it. Sublingual methylcobalamin 1000mcg daily should suffice.
Was your Vit D between 100-150nmol/L, that is the level recommended by the Vit D Council.
As for your iron panel, I didn't comment as I couldn't see a Ferritin result. However, these are the optimal levels
Serum iron - 50-70% of range
Transferrin Saturation - 35-45%, higher for men
Transferrin - Low in range indicates lack of capacity for additional iron, High in range indicates body's need for supplemental iron
There is no Ferritin listed so we don't know if it is at the level needed for thyroid hormone to work - which is 70 - or whether it is high or low. Your FBC doesn't indicate iron deficiency anaemia but that doesn't rule out low Ferritin.
Thank you @SeasideSusie I was only taking a 50mgs B12 holland and Barrat and a multi vitamin so was shocked it rocketed, I had only taken them for about 12 days before bloods but that was Active B12 done at medichecks , maybe another gene fault ? or could it have been I shouldn't of been taking B12 and having test done ?

So they didnt do my Ferritin either as 49 was ok in August .. they are really being mean . I feel like a real pain keep asking them for things , i feel like they think im a pest and just feel like giving up with them now.

It wouldn't have been 50mgs (milligrams) as B12 comes in mcg (micrograms) and really H&B own brand are best avoided as they are generally pretty poor quality as they tend to use the cheapest and least absorbable form of ingredients. For a B12 baseline, to see what you are hanging on to, we need to stop supplementing 4-5 months before testing. However, testing when supplementing does have it's uses, it tells us if we are taking too much or too little so we can adjust our dose as necessary.

I don't have any links to studies, only to an extract from the book, "Could it be B12?" by Sally M. Pacholok:
"We believe that the 'normal' serum B12 threshold needs to be raised from 200 pg/ml to at least 450 pg/ml because deficiencies begin to appear in the cerebrospinal fluid below 550".
"For brain and nervous system health and prevention of disease in older adults, serum B12 levels should be maintained near or above 1000 pg/ml."
and I don't know if that would be acceptable. Sometimes we have to accept that because they're not taught nutrition then doctors aren't always the best people to know that optimal levels are important, so we sort ourselves out.

Also, multivitamins are best avoided as they tend to contain too little of anything to be of help, and again tend to use the cheapest and least absorbable form of ingredients. If they contain iron then that affects absorption of anything else as iron needs to be taken 2 hours away from other supplements. Some contain iodine and/or calcium and both those need testing and only supplemented if found to be deficient. So all in all, not a good idea to take a multi. Much better to test and address any low levels individually.

My ferritin last results were 49
Ferritin needs to be 70 for thyroid hormone to work, half way through range is recommended and I've seen it said for females 100-130. If your level of 49 was recent then your ferritin needs increasing and I think for you then eating liver is the way to go. No more than 200g per week due to it's high Vit A content. I raised my ferritin from 39 to 109 purely by eating 120-140g lamb's liver once a week.

I'm not sure that you need iron tablets. They don't just raise ferritin, it will affect the iron panel results too. From what I said earlier
Serum iron - 50-70% of range - yours is 42%
Transferrin Saturation - 35-45%, (higher for men) - yours is 32.71%
Transferrin - Low in range indicates lack of capacity for additional iron, High in range indicates body's need for supplemental iron - yours certainly isn't high in range at 2.19 (1.80-3.82)
So if those were my results I would be eating liver.

I now take other vitamins separate, I have zinc , magnesium ,selenium and Adcal D as calcium test was ok and gp said ok to keep taking it , Is she right on that ?,
My Vitamin D was quite good it was 125 but was on Adcal D at the time ,
I love liver I just don't like touching it when raw, guess I will find farm shop cafe that can cook it for me , i will do that..
Is Pate high in iron as its liver ?
Chicken liver pate has as much iron as other liver, gram for gram. I don't eat pate but wonder how it would compare eg a meal of 140g liver, would you eat 140g pate? But that amount would be fine over a week.
When I have liver, I use those disposable latex gloves when I cut it up, and use tongs to turn it in the pan.
If your calcium is in range then you don't need to supplement. Taking D3 a ds absorption of calcium from food so if you supplement with that your calcium level should be fine.
If taking D3 you need it's important cofactors Vit K2-mk7 and magnesium vitamindcouncil.org/about-v...
You shouldn't take calcium unless you are deficient, if you need vitd then better to change to a vitd only supplement.
