Problems with Metavive II

My niece has been put straight on to Metavive II at one tablet per day when she has low iron and low cortisol, then going up one tablet per day every two weeks. She was on no medication or supplements when a private consultant saw her and put her straight on to Metavive II.

She has reacted badly to this and is feeling wired and light-headed.

It seems to us there are several possibilities to consider. Should she stop taking Metavive II completely and take supplements for iron and cortisol before going back on to it?

Or should she start taking the supplements and continue with Metavive II?

Or should she get Metavive I and start taking it with supplements or take supplements first and then start on Metavive I?

Your help would be very much appreciated.
