Iron tablet and hypothyroid !

All said to take vit c tablet with iron tablet for better absorption.. this tablet in Amazon has mentioned tat it contains both iron and vit c , so kindly see this link ( Carbamide Forte Novus Health Supplements Iron + Vitamin C + Folic Acid (100 Tablets)

and tel is it useful to.take ?? My ferritin is too low it's just 8 ... And am on 50 MCG eltroxin ... !! So if I take this tablet , no need for takin vitamin c with iron ?
