Vitamin and mineral results

As suggested i have had the following tested:

Serum folate 11.5 (3.90-20)

B12 241 (197-1999)

Ferritin 29 (13-150)

Vitamin D 37 (they haven't given me the ranges yet)

Can you advise me on what I should supplement and by how much, best place to get the supplements. As ever, thank you very much.
