MCHC 379 (310 - 350)
Vitamin B12 206 (180 - 900)
Taking 3000iu vitamin D from prescribed 800iu, 5mg folic acid and ferrous fumarate once a day and symptoms mainly sweats, tiredness, puffy eyes, weight gain, hair loss, heavy periods, joint pain, dry skin. Results after supplementing. Thank you

Your levels are not improving due to your terribly inadequate low dose of Levo!! - I just read your previous post which you listed an elevated TSH of 6(!!) well over the posted range of (.2 - 4.2). What has your GP said regarding this result alone? If they are doing nothing you should consider changing GPs as they have left you twisting in the wind! Clutter replied with advice that TSH needs to be 1 or even less with Hashi's - so your 75 mcg is no where near the correct dose.
Dosages are raised slowly in increments of 26 mcg every 6-8 weeks with blood tests before hand. You must fast before blood test (water OK) and have no Levo for 24 hours before test. First thing in the morning is best. To do otherwise scews the results.
All the vitamin supplements in the world won't correct an inadequate dosage of thyroid hormone.
Thanks the doctor is looking into other causes first before raising my dose because he is worried the levothyroxine is contraindicated in other illnesses I might have
And all blood tests are done with me fasting and I have no levothyroxine for 24 hours before blood draw and they are done early morning.
Your doctor is clearly out of their depth with respect to your treatment. But you will have to arrive at that realization with time and continued mismanagement. Best of luck.
