Feel dreadful exhausted, can’t function, relief when fall into bed, hair loss etc felt like this years ago when trying to get thyroid medication and was under medicated.
TSH. 0.52 (0.35 -5.50)
Free T3 7.7 (3.5 - 6.5)
Free T4 23.0 (10.0 -19.8)
Thyroxine was increased from 100 to 125 because TSH was 4.84 in May last year. Should I reduce thyroxine. Medics not commented on results.

Blood tests taken at hospital because GP filled form out asked for Free T3 and Free T4 and TSH result came back. It happens all the time. Cost issue again!
Bloods taken after Endo appointment. Picked up a copy from GP tonight. No one commented on the results. I thought I was undermedicated, because this was how I felt years ago when trying to get treatment. For 3 weeks I have increased levo by 25 to 150 and when no improvement I increased the T3 to 50, 4 days ago. I did feel better yesterday but I have crashed again today. I do have hashimos. I am in a bit of a muddle as to what to do now.
You are overmedicated to have FT3 7.7 29 hours after last dose and FT4 over range. I would skip Levothyroxine and T3 for 3-4 days to let the overmedication wash out and then resume reduced dose Levothyroxine of 100mcg and T3 of 40mcg and retest in 6 weeks time.
Yes when on any form of T3 TSH should be suppressed , FT4 can be lower in range but FT3 must never be over so bit of juggling to do.
I take NDT and I've found it very difficult to work out from how I am feeling whether under or over as symptoms very similar so always best to get bloods done. Or I drop down first to get an indication rather than keep adding more medication.
I am also on a combo T4/T3 and a bit on a over-medicated , TSH is 0.01 Ft3 around 90% of max interval and FT4 right in the middle.
I say over-medicated due to symptoms (nervousness, occasional very mild irregular heart beats) key indicators (higher core temps, consistently over 36.5C and slightly increased HBR) and test results (it seems ferritin increases when going on the hyper side but also ACTH and cortisol go marginally above max limit)
But I am otherwise fine and well, functional like I have never been on the hypo side of things.
I have never managed to get past FT3 limit and still my TSH is severely suppressed, I see yours is within the range, though on the min side. Might be because I am a TT patient, I don;t know... But, once or twice, while on T4 only, I have found FT4 above max and that was the time when I've felt similar to your account. Also, after starting combo I have realised that low FT4 doesnt work for me either, I need both Ft3 and Ft4 balanced to function properly.
I think clearing the over -medication for a few days and re-starting with the lower dose might be a good approach, following with checking of how you feel, test and based on that adjust accordingly. Sounds good!
