Welcome to the forum, Flycatcher.

Are you prescribed Levothyroxine?

Flycatcher,

That explains the low TSH. FT4 is in the upper range which is good but conversion is poor because FT3 is low. I would suggest asking for a dose increase to raise FT4 and FT3 but I suspect your GP may be reluctant as this will suppress TSH lower. Still it may be worth asking.

Read Treatment Options in thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/about_... Email dionne.fulcher@thyroiduk.org if you would like a copy of the Pulse article to show your GP.

Thyroid antibodies are negative for autoimmune thyroiditis (Hashimoto's).

Vitamin D <30 is considered deficient by NICE and requires loading doses of D3 to restore levels. Your GP should refer to local guidelines or the cks.nice.org.uk/vitamin-d-d... Do NOT accept a prescription for 800iu which is a maintenance dose prescribed after vitD is replete >75. My GP prescribed 40,000iu daily x 14 followed by 2,000iu daily x 8 weeks which raised vitD from <10 to 107. Vitamin D should be taken 4 hours away from Levothyroxine.

B12 278 is low. If you have many of the symptoms in b12deficiency.info/signs-an... pop over to healthunlocked.com/pasoc for advice as they're the experts on B12 deficiency.

Folate is low in range. PAS forum can advise whether or not to supplement.

Ferritin is optimal halfway through range. You can improve ferritin by eating more iron rich food. Liver once a week is a good source of iron.
