Results analysis

Would someone be kind enough to compare my results please.

A couple of years ago, I noted these results:

TSH <0.02 (0.3 -4-8), FT4: 13.8 (7.7 - 20.6), FT3 5.3 (4.2 - 6.9), B12 253 (145 - 914), Folate 10.0 (3 - 20), Ferritin 89 (11 - 307) (15.03.17)

Dosage was reduced over 2 months ago. This week results were (without the B12, Folate and Ferritin):

TSH 1.5 FT4 14.2 FT 3 3.4

Is this ok? Feeling foggy, cold etc

If the results have the same ranges then you are undermedicated because FT3 is below range.

The goal of Levothyroxine is to restore the patient to euthyroid status. For most patients that will be when TSH is 0.2 - 1.0 with FT4 in the upper range. FT4 needs to be in the upper range in order that sufficient T3 is converted. Read Treatment Options in thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/about_...
