I see from a previous thread that you are on 100mcg levo. You're undermedicated. The aim of a treated hypo patient generally is for TSH to be 1 or below or wherever it is needed for FT4 and FT3 to be in the upper part of their respective reference ranges if that is where you feel well.
Your TSH is too high and although your FT4 is pretty good your FT3 is below range. T3 is the active hormone needed by every cell in your body. You might benefit from the addition of T3 or changing to NDT.
Your rT3 is in range, your ratio is low because your FT3 is low.
Your antibodies are low so negative for autoimmune thyroid disease.
Thank you. These Re private blood tests as my endo doesn't test t3. I'm going to see her on 26th so will see what she has to say about it. I've already tracked down someone who prescribes NDT just incase she decides to do nothing which I'm pretty much sure she will. I'm fed up if bring fobbed off. I don't really know what t3 should be so thank you. I before I had them done I went to my GP with the lists of tests and he said I don't need them that my symptoms will be menopause. He did the test and yes I'm in it but he wants me to go in hrt! He didn't get it when I had great reluctance given I've already had cancer!!! It's like banging your head against a brick wall with people. I'm fed up of being told my results are fine you look fine you are ok!!! 😢 Thank you again
