Have you been diagnosed Hypothyroid and on Levothyroxine? If not what has your GP said about your results?
Your high antibodies confirm autoimmune thyroiditis aka Hashimoto's which is where antibodies attack the thyroid and gradually destroy it. You can help reduce antibodies by adopting a strict gluten free diet and supplementing with selenium L-selenomethionine 200mcg.
You can learn to interpret your own blood results - by looking at 1. the result 2. the Range which are the numbers in the brackets. For example - TSH 6.9 (0.2 - 4.2) shows that your TSH thyroid blood result is 6.9 and it should be between 0.2 and 4.2. So all these results are either totally out of the desired range, or very near the bottom.
Poor gut function can lead leaky gut (literally holes in gut wall) this can cause food intolerances. Most common by far is gluten
According to Izabella Wentz the Thyroid Pharmacist approx 5% with Hashimoto's are coeliac, but over 80% find gluten free diet helps significantly. Either due to direct gluten intolerance (no test available) or due to leaky gut and gluten causing molecular mimicry (see Amy Myers link)
But don't be surprised that GP or endo never mention gut, gluten or low vitamins. Hashimoto's is very poorly understood
Changing to a strictly gluten free diet may help reduce symptoms, help gut heal and slowly lower TPO antibodies
