You have only posted your anti-bodies which confirm Hashimotos or auto-immune Thyroiditis.
Do you have any other results you could share. Are you on any treatment ? Have you had B12 - Folate - Ferritin - VitD tested ?
Sounds as if you are having a Hashi's flare up .... what has your GP said ?
I'm meant to be taking levo but I'm afraid to because of my symptoms
What are your symptoms ?
As above, started 3 weeks after taking vit D 9000iu
Oh - sorry did not think they warranted you not taking Levo - as sometimes these symptoms disappear when we are correctly treated.
Taking 9000 IU's of VitD - is that weekly - or daily and are you still taking VitD ? What was your test result ? Did you take the co-factors - Magnesium and VitK2-MK7 with the VitD ?
What about the other tests I mentioned above - B12 - Folate - Ferritin - have they been tested and do you have the results. Always obtain copies of your test results that you are legally entitled to - so you can monitor your progress and post here with information that will help members comment.
You can feel washed out with Low Ferritin - B12 - Folate - and of course low thyroid hormones. You also could be experiencing a Hashi's flare ... link below to other discussion here on the forum.

Please post your results when you have them and members will comment and support.
I take vit D 9000 once a day with co factors but not magnesium, will post thyroid now
Vit D 62 (50 - 75 suboptimal) taking 9000iu from 800iu in January 2018
Ferritin 64 (30 - 400)
Folate 2.3 (2.5 - 19.5)
Vitamin B12 445 (190 - 900)
TSH 4.66 (0.2 - 4.2)
FT4 14.8 (12 - 22)
FT4 3.4 (3.1 - 6.8)
As you can see your TSH is over range indicating you are Hypo. The amount of T4 your thyroid is producing is LOW in range hence the T3 - it has to convert into - is also LOW. Both need to be higher in the range and taking Levo will achieve this - hopefully.
T3 is needed in every cell in the body and you do not have enough to go around the trillions and trillions of cells. That is when things begin to go wrong
B12 could do with supplementing - say around 1000 mcg daily along with a good B complex - which should improve your Folate/Folic Acid. B12 and Folate work together in an important way. I would also supplement some Iron as Ferritin needs to be around the 70+ mark - so you are almost there. Look around the Forum for ideas about Iron - and take it with VitC to aid absorption. Re-test after a few weeks.
Jarrow Methylcobalamin B12 1000 available on Amazon - and Thorne Research has a good B complex.
Almost everyone in the world is deficient in Magnesium - there are lots of different types so research carefully.
Maybe the VitD has upset you - do you take it with your fattiest meal - it is fat soluble. You do not need to be taking so much VitD so I would reduce it to around 3500/4000 IU's. I take Healthy Origins which contain Olive Oil. Have you checked the ingredients ?
Thanks my GP has said no need for infusion yet as ferritin is rising on its own without iron tablets which I was prescribed in 2013. B12 I have injections every 3 months. I take vit D before bed, it contains xylitol and sunflower oil
High vitamin D really needs magnesium and vitamin K2 Mk7 as well.
Can cause bone pain
But as bantam12 says some can't tolerate high vitamin D (medics tend to tent this)
You could try vitamin D mouth spray by Better You. This avoids the gut and is absorbed in mouth
But it's more likely you feel ill due to your very high antibodies, this confirms diagnosis is Hashimoto's, (also known by medics here in UK more commonly as autoimmune thyroid disease).
About 90% of all hypothyroidism in Uk is due to Hashimoto's
You really need to start on 50mcg Levothyroxine. Try taking at night if it makes you feel ill taking in morning
Hashimoto's affects the gut and leads to low stomach acid and then low vitamin levels
Low vitamin levels affect Thyroid hormone working
Poor gut function can lead leaky gut (literally holes in gut wall) this can cause food intolerances. Most common by far is gluten
According to Izabella Wentz the Thyroid Pharmacist approx 5% with Hashimoto's are coeliac, but over 80% find gluten free diet helps significantly. Either due to direct gluten intolerance (no test available) or due to leaky gut and gluten causing molecular mimicry (see Amy Myers link)
But don't be surprised that GP or endo never mention gut, gluten or low vitamins. Hashimoto's is very poorly understood
Changing to a strictly gluten free diet may help reduce symptoms, help gut heal and slowly lower TPO antibodies
Ideally ask GP for coeliac blood test first

Persistent low vitamins with supplements suggests coeliac disease or gluten intolerance

Low stomach acid can be an issue
Lots of posts on here about how to improve with Apple cider vinegar or Betaine HCL
