You have autoimmune hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism can cause these deficiencies. Your ferritin and vit D are a particular concern. In your other post you said you are under an endocrinologist. They should confer with your GP, get these deficiencies treated immediately and work out a long term plan. We don't know your fT4 now but I suspect it is still low. I would contact your GP AND endocrinologist and give them these numbers and ask what they will do. You must be in a dreadful state, perhaps there is someone who can advocate for you, a friend or relative. These levels are too low, they need to be sorted soon.

FT4 13.7 (12 - 22)

FT3 3.0 (3.1 - 6.8)

Oh dear. This is low, you should be on an increased dose. Are the doctors aware of these results? The fT3 is important, especially as you are on levothyroxine and it will be a reliable result, it is too low. I'd expect you to be quite hypothyroid with these results alonng with the low iron and vit D levels. If you don't feel strong or assertive get someone to help you chase up the doctors.

If you are given iron tablets you will need to take these several hours away from your levothyroxine as iron tablets can block levothyroxine absorption in the gut.

Make an urgent appointment with any GP on monday

You must have these terrible low vitamins treated

What if anything has been prescribed?

They are all too low BECAUSE you are still under medicated and need 25mcg dose increase in Levothyroxine

Your high antibodies confirm you have hashimoto's (autoimmune thyroid disease)

Vitamin D - you need loading dose (high dose for few weeks) - look up your local CCG on how to treat vitamin D deficiency - eg

oxfordshireccg.nhs.uk/profe...

B12 - you will need B12 injections from GP - they need to test for Pernicious Anaemia first

Folate - needs folic acid supplements, but not until after first B12 injection

Ferritin - you need full iron panel done. Either iron supplements 2 or 3 times daily or possibly an iron infusion

Read as many posts on here as possible and home site - Thyroid UK

learn all about hashimoto's

Very likely gluten free diet will help a lot. But important to get vitamins optimal ans dose increase to bring TSH down to around one and FT4 towards top of range

Hi, I have also Hashimoto`s and I am also in the same situation that the doctor says that everything is fine. So now I help myself

Please read very usefull information on

hypothyroidmom.com/the-secr...

Your FT4 and FT3 is very low. It must be in high range. You have to take more Levothyroxine and ad some T3.

You have to take

- selenium 200mg TOGETHER with vit E (it is working only together!!!)

- vitamins B1,B2,B3,B5,B6,B12

- Vitamin C 1000mg

- Magnesium

- Chromium

- CoQ10

- Omega3 in high dose. You did not make test but for sure it is very low. I take Omega3 950mg EPA & DHA (Solgar) twice a day during one year and now it is in normal range.

Ashwagandha, Ginseng, Ginger root, Curcumin help to reduce antibodies. I take them also. Gluten and lactoza free diet is very important to reduce antibodies!!!!

For leaky gut I take L-glutamine, probiotics, Lactoferrin.

You have very low ferritin. You have to raise it !!!

With such results FSH, T4,N3, high antibodies for sure you have problem with adrenal glands. You have to make tests and to heal it together with thyroid!!!! You can not heal just thyroid as it will not help...
