I don't know how old your daughter is but either she or together with you, need to visit GP immediately if the GP has not contacted you about these low results. You don't give a vitamin D laboratory range but if in UK this is deficient and perhaps severely deficient and your daughter needs loading doses.
Looking at your previous post, your GP should restore your daughters levothyroxine dose as leaping from 200mcg to 50mcg will make your daughter severely unwell when her FT3 and FT4 are in range on the previous dose. The Endo is irresponsible and becoming hypothyroid is quite likely to make these low vitamin levels worse.
Thanks she is 30 years old
The importance of vitamins and thyroid functions, see this weblink for some information.
She is in severely deficient range for vit D
She needs loading doses for vitamin D3. See NICE guidelines. These are the guidelines GP's follow. Ask to be treated according to the guidelines and don't accept 800iu Vit D as it is insufficient.

You need to take magnesium and K2-MK7 with vitamin D3 in order to absorb the vitamin D effectively. Magnesium citrate is ok but there are other choices for magnesium.
How long has GP/endo had these results?
No wonder your daughter is so unwell. These are truly dire
Make an urgent appointment tomorrow with any GP
These need immediate further testing and significant supplements started.
B12 needs testing for Pernicious Anaemia
Folic acid supplements should NOT be started until after first B12 injections
Post these on PAS Unlocked - they are PA experts and can offer specific advice
LOADING dose for vitamin D - NOT 800iu
Ferritin needs full iron panel and likely iron infusion
See SeasideSusie reply to similar dire levels

The last thing your daughter needs is reduction in Levothyroxine, this will just make gut function worse
She needs full testing for coeliac
Her high antibodies confirm she has Hashimoto's also called autoimmune thyroid disease
Hashimoto's affects the gut and leads to low vitamin levels
Low vitamin levels stop Thyroid hormone working
Poor gut function can lead leaky gut (literally holes in gut wall) this can cause food intolerances. Most common by far is gluten
According to Izabella Wentz the Thyroid Pharmacist approx 5% with Hashimoto's are coeliac, but over 80% find gluten free diet helps significantly. Either due to direct gluten intolerance (no test available) or due to leaky gut and gluten causing molecular mimicry (see Amy Myers link)
But don't be surprised that GP or endo never mention gut, gluten or low vitamins. Hashimoto's is very poorly understood
Changing to a strictly gluten free diet may help reduce symptoms, help gut heal and slowly lower TPO antibodies

looks like your daughter has an auto-immune gastritis as well as auto-immune hypothyroidism
suggest you take a look at the PAS forum in relation to B12 deficiency
