The only thing wrong with your nutrient levels is that your folate is below range. Did you see yourGP about prescribing folic acid as suggested by Startagaingirl in your last thread?

Most people will feel well with FT3 higher in range, usually 5 - 6.8 which will reduce TSH, often below range. If you are still symptomatic you could increase NDT dose. by 1/2 grain, and another 1/2 grain in two weeks. If you feel well on 3 grains there is no need to increase dose.
Thyroid antibodies are negative for Hashimoto's.
B12, vitD and ferritin are good but folate is deficient. Ask you GP to prescribe 5mg folic acid for a couple of months to correct folate deficiency. CRP is an inflammation marker. Yours is high. GP should do a full blood count to check whether there is infection.
I still don't feel well on 3 grains so I will increase the dosage and see if that helps but in the past I have increased the dosage to 4 and a half and still not felt well. What sort of inflammation does the CRP show? I have just sent for some folate tablets. Thanks very much for your help.
