Redroz1e,

Vitamin D is optimal betwee 100-150nmol/L. I would supplement 5,000iu D3 daily x 8 weeks and then reduce to 5,000iu alternate days.

Total protein is within range (normal).

All the calcium results are within range (normal).

Alkaline phosphatase, inorganic phosphatase, albumin and globulin results are within range (normal).

Ferritin is optimal halfway though range, so 100. Your ferritin has been high in range, but as it remains within range it is normal.

B12 is unlikely to be deficient but if you have symptoms of deficiency in b12deficiency.info/signs-an... go to healthunlocked.com/pasoc for advice.

Folate 4.9 is a little low in range. You could supplement folic acid or methylfolate for 3-4 months to raise folate.
