Iron deficiency anaemia, Vit D deficiency, folate deficiency, low B12 and the possible need to test for Pernicious Anaemia. Lots to address there. But as advised in your other thread, your thyroid needs sorting before you consider conceiving.
GP should test for Pernicious Anaemia before hopefully starting B12 injections
Should prescribe Folic acid supplements AFTER B12 starts
Vitamin D - GP can only prescribe 800iu dose. This is almost certainly too little with Hashimoto's. Will need 3000-5000iu daily for 2-3 months. Then retest via vitamindtest.org.uk £28 postal test
Aim for vitamin D level around 100nmol
Ferritin is too low. GP could(should?) offer iron infusion. Certainly iron supplements
Eating liver once a week will help improve too
Getting started on Levothyroxine ASAP essential. Most likely gluten free diet will help too
If you start your own thread to ask your question, you will get replies specific to what you want to know. Piggybacking on someone else's thread means your question gets missed and takes the original poster's thread off topic.
Ferritin needs to be looked at in conjunction with other iron results, not on it's own.
Women having periods don't usually have too much iron and ferritin under range is not good. High iron is bad but so is low iron, especially if you need to be well enough to support a baby
Please dont try to conceive yet. with folate levels that low your baby could have birth defects. Pregnant women need more of all nutrients, good levels, because growing an entire new person deplets the mother.
Your b12/folate/iron levels could all be due to having h pylori. Please get tested for this to rule it out even if you have no stomach pain, that just means you dont have an ulcer.
