Are you on levothyroxine? You need to be quick if not..You have Hashimotos ,from your antibodies result, and going gluten free might help.

Your vits are poor and you should look up Seaside Susies reponses to similar posts.

You need retesting every 6-8 weeks and the dose increasing as required. The aim is to get TSH to near 1 or below and FT4 and FT3 in the upper half of the ranges.

You also need to improve these very low vitamin levels

Make an urgent appointment to see GP

Ask for 25mcg dose increase in Levo

Retesting after 6-8 weeks

All thyroid tests should be done as early as possible in morning and fasting and don't take Levo in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after. This gives highest TSH and most consistent results

B12 and folate are very low. GP should consider testing for Pernicious Anaemia

Post these results on the PAS healthunlocked for B12 advice too

Vitamin D you need loading dose as per your local area CCG guidelines. This is high dose of vitamin D for short while, retesting after 2-3 months

Ferritin likely to need transfusion

See this reply from SeasideSusie to similar low levels
