You're very under-medicated. How long have you been on 50 mcg?
Are you gluten-free and taking selenium, to lower anitbodies?
What is happening about your nutritional deficiencies? If you want advice on that, give the results and ranges, and tell us how much of which you're taking.
Have you only ever been on 50mcg? You are very under medicated as greygoose has already said.
Levo dose should be high enough to lower TSH to around one and FT4 to be towards top of range around 19-20.
Ask GP for immediate dose increase of 25mcgs and blood retest 6-8 weeks after any chance in dose
All thyroid tests should be done as early as possible in morning and fasting and don't take Levo in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after. This gives highest TSH and most consistent results
Here's some links about gluten and why it's often essential to be strictly gluten free
Your antibodies are high this is Hashimoto's, (also known as autoimmune thyroid disease). About 90% of hypothyroidism in UK is due to Hashimoto's.
Hashimoto's very often affects the gut, leading to low stomach acid, malabsorption leading to low vitamin levels and leaky gut.
Low vitamins that affect thyroid are vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12. When they are too low they stop Thyroid hormones working.
You say yours are low, if you post the results and ranges members can advise. Extremely common for GP to not be aware of the amount we need to supplement
According to Izabella Wentz the Thyroid Pharmacist approx 5% with Hashimoto's are coeliac, but over 80% find gluten free diet helps significantly. Either due to direct gluten intolerance (no test available) or due to leaky gut and gluten causing molecular mimicry (see Amy Myers link)
But don't be surprised that GP or endo never mention gut, gluten or low vitamins. Hashimoto's is very poorly understood
Changing to a strictly gluten free diet may help reduce symptoms, slowly lower antibodies and may help heal gut
