Diagnosed hypothyroid in 2013 currently taking 50mcg levothyroxine
Been on 50mcg since June 2017 but was on much more and had T3 added to levothyroxine and felt better on it was taking 150mcg levothyroxine and 10mcg T3 before above bloods thank you
TSH 5.2 (0.2 - 4.2)
FREE T4 12.9 (12 - 22)
FREE T3 2.5 (3.1 - 6.8)

Hidden As said on your other post, you are undermedicated. But if you want further comment then please give more information and background, there's nothing to go on here.
I'm assuming you've not been on 50mcg since 2013 so post as much information as you can so we can help you.

Why was your dose altered?
Post results that prompted the change in dose.
Have you had antibodies tested, only one type or both types (TPO and TG) - positive or negative for autoimmune thyroid disease aka Hashimoto's?
Have you had vitamins and minerals tested -
Vit D
B12
Folate
Ferritin
Iron panel/full blood count to see if you have iron deficiency anaemia.
Are you on any supplements, of so what and dosage?
Do you take any other medication?
