Thank you for reply, I have almost run out of 25mcg levothyroxine so can't take 75mcg unless I cut 50mcg tablets in half. I have supply of T3 but only a month's worth of it.
Results when on 150mcg levothyroxine and 10mcg T3
TSH 1.66 (0.2 - 4.2)
Free T4 15.8 (12 - 22)
Free T3 4.6 (3.1 - 6.8)
Will post vitamin and mineral results soon, I feel no better on what I take.
I can answer that : because you're hypo and slim! That's all there is too it. Not every hypo puts on weight. Some people even lose it. Just like not every hypo is cold, some are hot. You don't have to have every single symptom to qualify - there are over 300 of them!
And, how exactly did they believe that reducing your dose to nothing and making you ill, was going to tell them why you're hypo and slim? Of all the bird-brained, knuckle-headed, idiotic sadists, they just about take the biscuit! Tell them to go experiment on someone else, and give you your dose back! They have absolutely no idea what they're meddling with!
On re-reading I agree with fibrolinda 'why was your dose lowered' as your TSH was 1.66. The aim is 1 or lower. It does state the range can be between 0.2 - 4.2) 4.2 would be far too high for someone who is hypo so I think it is really for diagnosing i.e. above 4.2 you would be diagnosed.
