Wow... I can tell you about the Vit D as I was in a similar position. I'm on 10,000iu per day and have been for a couple of years. I maintain now at upper end of range. Amazon has one a day softgels of 10000iu for a very resonance price - a one year supply.

For me, this banished my winter blues!

Hi - those are all severely deficient ad will be causing you multiple problems. As they are all under range your GP should treat you for all of these. There are multiple threads about vitamin and mineral levels on the forum. Here is a link to a recent one with levels in the same sort of range as yours. Look for the response by SeasideSusie, she is our resident expert. healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...

you need to see your GP - with multiple vitamin and mineral deficiencies you probably have an absorption problem - unless your diet is unbelievably crap :)

if results were private then likely GP will want to redo them.

If you need help getting GP to treat you for B12 then please take a look at and post on the PAS forum

VITAMIN D TOTAL (25 OH) 19.6 (<25 SEVERE DEFICIENCY)

A) 15,000IU Puritan Pride 5000IU gel caps daily, re-check in a month

VITAMIN B12 144 (180 - 900)

A) Puritan Pride 2500 mcg Sublingual, methylcobalamin preferred over Cyanocobalamin. 1 per day, recheck monthly.

FOLATE 1.8 (2.5 - 19.5)

A) never dealt with this one, but I would hunt Puritan Pride for this as well.

FERRITIN 22 (30 - 400)

A) OUCH!!! You need to have a full iron panel run. This should include Serum Iron, Transferrin Saturation, TIBC or UIBC, and ferritin. It is very difficult to recommend iron supplements until you have these labs. Too much iron in it's various stages, can be harmful.
