You definitely have hypothyroidism, and with those antibodies you have Hashimoto's, which is very common.

Are you being treated? What does your doctor say?

We have to educate ourselves as many doctors don't know enough about this. Look at the Thyroid UK website for starters

Let us know what treatment he offers you.

Have you had any tests for vitamins and minerals? These are important for making thyroid medication work.

Also going gluten free is helpful for those of us with Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
