Vitamin and mineral levels

Folate 2.0 (2.5 - 19.5)

Vitamin B12 213 (190 - 900)

Vitamin D 66.7 (50 - 75 suboptimal)

Ferritin 62 (30 - 400)

MCV 76.3 (80 - 98)

MCHC 378 (310 - 350)

MCH 28.2 (28 - 32)

Haemoglobin 119 (115 - 150)

Iron 9.0 (6.0 - 26.0)

Transferrin saturation % 18 (10 - 30)

Taking 6000iu vitamin D from prescribed 800iu and 210mg ferrous fumarate once a day thanks

So these results are since endo's dose reduction from 200mcg T4 and 20mcg T3 down to just 150mcg T4

Folate and B12 are too low. Supplementing a good B complex will help. Plus you may also need sublingual B12 lozenges

Ferritin is too low

Vitamin D, good your taking 6000iu. Is that mouth spray? It is good as avoids gut issues

Recommended we also take magnesium when taking vitamin D. Calm vitality magnesium powder is easy to use and cheap. Take at least four hours away from Levo.


Yes I take the mouth spray I double the 3000iu since the 3000iu dose was raising my level too slowly thanks
