Hypothyroid with depression, anxiety and overweight

Got results from blood test. T3 110 ng/dL range 80-200. Free Thyroxine 0.6 ng/dL, range 0.76-1.46; TSH 0.08 uIU/ML, range 0.36-3.74. please help me to decipher these results. I am very tired, very achy and over weight. Thank you for your time and consideration. Alicoak

That T3 test is the wrong one. It is a TT3 (Total T3) and you need an FT3 (Free T3). The TT3 gives you no useful information. Doesn't help at all.

We especially need to see the FT3 because your FT4 is under-range. So, your FT3 will likely be very low. And, it's low T3 that causes symptoms. It looks like you are very under-medicated.

However, you have a suppressed TSH, which is the only thing doctors tend to look at. So, the difficulty, here, with interpreting your results, is that you don't tell us what you're taking, nor how much. Without knowing that, and without an FT3 test, we can't tell you anything. Sorry.
