I'm guessing these are private labs, and your doctor hasn't seen them? Well, you should get them to your doctor as soon as possible. You are severely hypo and you have Hashi's. So, you need treatment now.

Do you mean he has just prescribed you 25 mcg levo because of those results? Or do you mean you've been taking 25 mcg levo for some time and these are your latest results?

In either case, you do have a real thyroid problem, yes.
