Oh my goodness JT84 , were these done through your GP? If so what did he say?
As you can see your Vit D is severely deficient and needs supplementing. Your folate is under range. Your B12 is very near the bottom of the range and your ferritin is dreadfully low.
If these tests weren't done through your GP then I would show him and ask what he is going to do.
Ferritin may require iron injections, if not then a prescription for Ferrous Fumarate and each tablet should be taken with 1000mg Vit C to aid absorption and help prevent constipation. Iron should be taken 4 hours away from thyroid meds, other supplements and meds as it affects their absorption.
B12 is so low that you should really be tested for Pernicious Anaemia, especially as your folate is under range. B12 and folate work together. Pop over to the Pernicious Anaemia Society forum here on Health Unlocked for further advice healthunlocked.com/pasoc . Any B12 supplement requires a B Complex also to balance all the B vits.
There's no way your thyroid meds can work properly with such poor vitamin and mineral levels, they need to be optimal (not just in range).
Ferritin needs to be half way through it's range with an absolute minimum of 70 for thyroid hormone to work. I've seen it mentioned that 100-130 is best for females.
B12 should be at the very top of it's range, even 900-1000.
Folate should be at least half way through it's range.
You might want to go back and ask what she intends to do about these extremely poor levels. You could tell her that you have taken advice from Thyroid UK which is NHS Choices recommended source of information, which recommends optimal levels of these vitamins and minerals for thyroid patients. However, she will probably say they are normal because they are in range, but of course that doesn't mean they are optimal. Doctors aren't taught anything about nutrition so don't attach any importance to low in range results.
If you prefer, you can buy your own supplements (you will get much better quality ones that way) and members can advise what to get and what co-factors are needed.
Ask her to test for celiac disease, and MMA and intrinsic factor antibodies. Was a full blood count done? Don't supplement B12 until you have done the tests for B12 conditions, as supplements skew them. Nor folic acid until B12 is seen to, but start straight away supplementing D and iron.
If she refuses you can get yr own tests, celiac is cheapish but the B12 tests are expensive.
