Thyrogloblin AB results slightly high, is this Hashimoto's? Doc says no...

Please help me determine my results, I am from the UK but live abroad and the lab range for the Thyrogloblin anti-body test I had is ranged as 0 - 4.11 IU/ml which is a weird range I can't find online, my result was 7.58 (see photo). I've been suffering with all the classic symptoms of thyroid problems and after normal TSH FT3 + FT4 tests a couple of months ago I tested again with the hashimoto's antibodies. The doctor says it's 'stress' and not hashimoto's . Is that right? Isn't any anti bodies a sign that you have the disease?

Any advice welcome TY

Lab results

TSH - 0.967 (range 0.47-4.64)

FT4 - 0.87 (range 0.71-1.85)

FT3 - 1.94 (range 1.45-3.45)

Anti TPO - <37 iu/ml (range 0-60.00)

Thyroglobulin - 7.58 (range 0-4.11) (marked H for 'high' on result)

OSK780 - it can indicate autoimmune thyroid disease

Scroll down to "What do the test results mean?"

Even though your TSH is low, your free Ts are low in their ranges. A low TSH and low FT4 can indicate hypothyroidism due to a problem involving the pituitary gland (secondary hypothyroidism).

A couple of things to maybe research and discuss with your doctor :)
