Graves disease and had radioactive iodine treatment. Levels are good the now and on iron for anaemia. What other vitamins does anyone take to feel healthy!!! I have 2 Brazil nuts in the morning for my selenium. That's about it.

First get tested for vitamin B12, folate, ferritin and vitamin D.

Lots of posters on the forum after being tested for these find they have sup-optimal values and need to take supplements to increase them.

In case of iron deficiency aneamia or non-aneamic iron deficiency (low ferritin) people take their iron with vitamin C and water.

In similar position and simply changed from levo to NDT. No vitamins or anything else needed. Everybody is different.

I did a lot of research into Vitamin and Mineral supplements for my own conditions and age etc and ended up taking these daily

Vit D3 1000iu ,Magnesium 400mg, Selenium 100mg, Zinc 15mg, Methyl Foliate 400iu, B6 50mg, B12 1000mg, Vit E 400iu, Chromium 200mg Calcium 1000mg,

I also obtain lots of other vits and minerals from natural sources in my diet

Its what I worked out I needed for my my various conditions, symptoms and diet etc.

There is no set list , its whatever is appropriate for you and you will need to do some research on youtube and here and in consultation with your Doctor
