Good Morning, I am really hoping that this site can help as I have asked my doctor, health coaches, yoga instructors, avid runners, nurse practioners and just about anybody I would see as an authority on health. I cannot take vitamins. When I take anything with Vit B (any form) or Vit D (any form) I have adverse reactions. I get super agitated and it literally it puts me in an awful mood all day. If I take any too late or drink something with it in it I cannot sleep. I also cannot exersive doing yoga (which i love) and have very similar reactions. I take care of myself and drink plenty of water. I don't smoke, I have been clean and sober from all drugs and alcohol for years. I have insomnia, and I believe adrenal fatigue and am recovering from chronic fatigue from when our twins were not sleeping (1.5 years ago). I take an herbal supplemant for sleep and seroquel. What else what else.
Please let me know if you have ever heard of such a thing.

Perhaps you would get more helpful comments if you posted your test results, with ranges, and let us have a look. Could be that you just don't need these things.
However, are you talking about taking pills? It could be the fillers you're reacting to. Have you tried any of the B 12 and Vit D sprays?
yeah i can post results for sure. well this morning i drank some organic soy milk and just the added B and D in is making my body feel warm and also "agitating" me.
Soy milk, whether organic or not, is the worst thing you could possibly drink. It will impede your uptake of thyroid hormone by the cells and make you more hypo. All forms of soy should be strictly off the menu. It won't help you in any way.
Soy is pretty much guaranteed to mess up your hormones. You can probably get away with fermented soy, like natto or tempeh or tamari, but not fake meat cheese, milk and tofu.
Vitamin B complex often makes you feel wired for the first few days
Perhaps start slowly, always take B vitamins with or just after breakfast
Igennus Super B complex - full dose is 2 tablets per day. But many don't need this much. Easy to cut with a knife
You could start with just a 1/4 tablet and see how you get on
Vitamin D. You may need to add magnesium supplement First, for a week or so
What are your most recent Thyroid results?
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested. Also extremely important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially if Thyroid antibodies are raised
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. Do not take Levothyroxine dose in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take immediately after blood draw. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)
Are you getting enough Lysine in your diet (unlikely to be low if you are a meat eater, quite likely if you are vegan)? Low Lysine causes anxiety. If you have low cortisol or very high cortisol, you may well get what is called a paradoxical reaction to vitamins - ie they don't work as they should. So you need to support your adrenals, even if it is uncomfortable. NHS won't do it unless you actually have Cushings or Addisons. You might find Seriphos useful and definitely try meditation (Twenty Minutes, TM or Vedic is much easier than Buddhist/Mindfulness) - also look into EFT (do a web search).
Maybe you don't need those vitamin supplements then? What dose are you taking? You could try cutting them in half to reduce the dose and/or take them less frequently. Too much vitamin B6 can actually be harmful, the body stores it so you don't have to keep taking it.
I was taking prescribed iron tablets (200mg) for too long & started to feel sick every day (after taking them for a year or so,) I had diarrhea and IBD too so I stopped taking them and that all stopped. My last blood test showed normal (high end of range) iron levels.
