Take 10,000iu daily for 8 weeks then reduce to 5000iu daily. Retest. If GP wont do it then you can get a fingerprick blood spot test for £28 from City Assays vitamindtest.org.uk/index.html
When you have reached the recommended level of 100-150nmol/L then reduce to 5000iu alternate days. You may need to continue this level all through the year as you don't go out in the sun.
When supplementing D3 (which you will need to do for life) then retest once or twice a year to keep within the recommended range.
D3's important cofactors I hope you have read about from the link I gave you.
If you don't buy that brand then look for a softgel with olive oil, not soy oil.
Decide which magnesium supplement would suit you best, then check out Amazon. If magnesium citrate then have a look at amazon.co.uk/Natural-Calm-S... as an alternative to tablets - no unncessary ingredients.
Ellie-Louise Jarrow K2-MK7 used to contain soy oil. I contacted them last year and they confirmed that they had changed the formula in July 2016 to now contain olive oil and it was possible that some suppliers still had stock of the old formula to clear.
I haven't seen any article that gives a specific amount needed, and combined D3/K2 supplements tend to have around 90-100mcg, which most single K2-MK7 supplements seem to be too.
I use a combination that has 2000iu D3 and 100mcg K2-MK7
Ah, I didn't look at the other pictures. In that case, have a look here, one of my trusted suppliers bigvits.co.uk/product.php?p...
I contacted them last year about which oil was in their stock and they actually checked for me, at the time it was soy oil. Their description now shows olive oil. If you wanted that brand it would be worth getting in touch with them.
Mistakenly (in here maybe), I am used to conversations in forums arising from a common theme, therefore I assumed that any reply to my own question (written after reading a reply to yours) may have been useful to others.
