2nd Blue Horizon Blood tests still clueless understanding results

Hello again, as suggested I have had another Blue Horizon Blood test still clueless to what this all means please see their comments attached. I have not taken T3 for a month as I ran out and stop Levo and all vitamins 3 days prior to blood tests.

Can you post the blood results with the ranges please (ranges are the figures in brackets after results).

lebers is a rare condition and is only a contra-indication for cyanocobalamin - not for othe forms.

In the absence of supplementation elevated B12 can be an early warning sign for other conditions.
