Wherever I take supplements such magnesium or even food that contains large amount of magnesium, or say taking a form of vitamin D supplement (One alpha) my body will get in a state that will keep me very alert that cannot even sleep, excessive thirst, drink lots of water and go to bathroom every 10 minutes for hours till my body cleared whatever it needs to be eliminated through urination.

I don't know how this is related to my thyroid condition or so believed dysfunctional pituitary gland. Please let me know if you have any knowledge that help!

I have a similar thing with magnesium and other supplements (can't sleep, anxiety etc). I don't know why, but would be interested to see if anyone has anything to say on it. Hope you get some answers.

Just hypothyroid. Fairly borderline. I'm not on any meds at the moment due to the doc only willing to give me levothyroxine which makes me feel terrible. I'm hoping to get myself sorted with a natural desiccated thyroid supplement soon.
