Please give opinion on these latest results.

TSH - 0.05: (0.27-4.20) - in June was 2.98 same ranges.

Total T4 - 92.9: (64.5-142.0) - in June was 93.9 same ranges.

T4 -18.86: (12.22) in June was 17.20 same ranges.

T3 - 6.26 (3.1-6.8) in June was 4.13 same ranges.

Anti- thyroid peroxide abs - 237.9 < 34 in June was 280.6 same ranges.

Anti-thyroglobulin Abs - 25.6 < 115 in June 20.5 same ranges.

Ferritin up nicely

D3 down slightly

Serum Folate down slightly.

Started supplementing late April (I think) - D3, K2, Iron, Vit. C, then added Magnesium and in August selenium plus a good B complex. Will be adding Cod liver oil soon - pure cod liver oil capsules a big no, no even I want to get away from me with pong after lots of burping.

Any/all input welcome this end and very much appreciated, thank you in advance.

Not good - had been getting more on an even keel till increase in T3 - Cannot go gluten free because of another problem, think T3 is too high but could be wrong and wondered if I should up Selenium as this has made a difference with TPO abs. Thank you for your insights though, much appreciated.
