thanks Alan

i screwed up so bad last week i really did, my diet consisted of pizza and lots of it, sweet and sour balls, kebabs, crisps and hi fi bars

i did do scan bran for a few days im just wondering if that helped lol

i did get told last week though that sometimes bad weeks can actually later so i may still have the shock to come

never mind it happens to everyone, just happens to me more often lol

i do need to pull my finger out though as im now on the social team writing up the awards (and i get weighed in earlier than the rest) so need to set an example :)

don't ever forget that its not always about what you take in , its also about the amount of effort that you exercise --- and from a pain management course I went through [ at st.Thomas's in London for 4 weeks ] --- and most of your exercise is actually done in your normal day to day activities without actually knowing it == example : do you realise how much walking you do INSIDE your home every day ? and that is exercising == ...... so one reason may be that without thinking you were actually working yourself for the better ---- it may well be a possibility , it really does for me I have full confidence in you girl as well as many others --- including YOU ..... YOU WILL GET TO WHERE YOU WANT TO BE in time ..... and have many uplifts on the way ......alan xx

im not sure about exercise even around the house, i got a pulsense tracker to keep a record of my pulse and on a very good day i manage 2000 steps, on average i do 1000 steps, unless crochet classes as exercise lol as i do a lot of that, but do drink tonnes so the up and down the stairs lots

you would be extremely surprized at how many of the things you do as normal without thinking actually are exercising different parts of your body -- walking up and down the stairs is a prime example -- between 1000 - 2000 steps indoors per day as well is the equivalent to about a 1 mile brisk walk , another form of exercising without thinking . All forms of body movement is actually exercising parts of your body , without the need for the gym if you think about it ---- and that was direct from the course I did at st.Thomas's in pain management , which was superb ......hope this gives you some ideas and helps you ....alan xx

you would be extremely surprised , as indeed I was , -- I started the course struggling to get about on 2 [two ] walking sticks , and after 4 weeks was able to walk UNAIDED for about half a mile without stopping === and I have arthritis of the spine and other places !!!!=== but I get on with it with some simple everyday ''tasks/exercises / that really help my personal condition -- without any need for meds --===... without even realising what I am doing .... my thoughts are that it may well work for many other problems that others have without having to dwell on THAT particular situation [ of the individual ] without having to resort to the ''sticks/crutch/ excuse etc.etc. etc..... yes we all have bad days , but we have many good days ---- forget the bad days ---- always remember the good days ,coz there will be many many more ....... think POSITIVE at all times ...... alan xx
