Such a friggin hard slog Mandy72.

But you are determined and that in itself is a great attribute.

I know you will get there, so tomorrow is a fresh start. And when your children get back to school you will be able to refocus on your diet.

is been harder with the kids off school

this week was water retention

i needed to weigh in at 7am instead of 7pm as swelling gets worse as the day goes on

hi mandy , that's certainly not a bad result considering the school holidays and you must have had many other things to deal with -- the kids -- as a priority . so keep going there are many of us with you all the way and will continue to be there for you .....alan xx

the kids certainly make it harder

as soon as i head to the kitchen to prepare ood the riots start, so them being back at school will be so much easier

when they go back to school its called mummy time [ or daddy time ] , so you can have a bit more concentration for YOURSELF , I keep telling you that you WILL get there because YOU HAVE BELIEF IN YOURSELF as do many of us ..... keep going girl [ to coin a phrase '''' YOU ARE NOT ALONE '''' ] ...... CANT WAIT FOR THE BEFORE & AFTER PIC'S WHEN YOU GET THERE !!!!!!.......alan xxx

i dont do pics but i go by how my fave t shirt fits, if its a tight fit then ive gained, if my tracker needs adjusting i can tell if its a gain or a loss

my name is exactly the opposite of any possible talent , I , like you can grow weeds without any problem --- and with a back garden that measures roughly 105ft x 20ft [ ish ] theres a lot of room for WILDlife ----- that's my excuse anyway , and i'm sticking to it !!!..... but the offer is still there if you want to take a project on ???? --- I will supply the drinkee poos !!!!!...... alan x
